From The Inside Out

Posted: June 13, 2012 in Uncategorized

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. (Isaiah 40:31)

This is a very familiar passage of scripture, there are three things that God promise will happen:

1) Renew your strength 2) Mount up 3) Run 4) Walk

First your strength has to be renewed to go forth one more time after a great disappointment. Anyone can just quit after a great battle or in the battle. What let’s you get up after such an experience your “faith” in God that the next round will be different. Once you get up by the power of God, than you mount up for the next round. After you mount up you begin to run and walk…

Its time now after you have been tested for God to reveal what’s been on the inside all the gifts, talents, great ideas, and seeds of greatness. Things spoken in secret will be revealed to the world, this is the season of “inside out”…

Meaning what has been on the inside is about to be revealed to the world, the struggle was so great because it will match the level of greatness you will embrace. People who are given everything without struggle can’t really appreciate the greatness, but those who face challenges to obtain greatness know and understand it was by the grace of God…

Walk in this season of “Inside Out”

Cast Your Care

Posted: June 7, 2012 in Uncategorized

Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. (1 Peter 5:7)

We’re now half way through this year. Its time to step back and take another look, evaluate where you’re what have you accomplished, what goals were set at the beginning of 2012. If you have not reached those goals don’t be alarmed you still have the other half to go. My word of encouragement to you would be “its not over”. Now is the time to look at everything and ask God to direct your path for the remaining of 2012.

Remember God cares about details from the least to the greatest. He said cast “All” your care upon him. Only you know your goals for 2012 and putting those goals in the hand of God should be your focus for the remaining of 2012. We all are facing and have faced some serious cares in 2012 but one thing we can be assured of God careth for us.

To be honest I look for a great ending to 2012, why because I am learning and have learned to cast all my cares upon God…

Change

Posted: May 31, 2012 in Uncategorized

I have post this before thought it should be repeated…

“Change Is Married to Success”

Always remember successful people are people who are willing to make changes for the better! Research any company and if they’re not willing to change with the times their business is no longer in business. For example Kodak couldn’t keep up with the digital changing world. After being in the “picture making business” for over 120 years, at the first half of this years Kodak announces it would no longer be in the picture making business. Why, because of the growing market of digital pictures, Kodak was not willing to change with the times. If you’re not willing to change you will find yourself being a “has been”. Change is one of the most important ingredients to growth, without change there is no growth. A word to the wise change and grow!!!

Your Season

Posted: May 24, 2012 in Uncategorized

And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season;his leaf also shall not wither;and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. (Psalm 1:3)

Its the time of year that we are heading into a new season. One fact remains constant in changing of seasons, that is seasons do change. Even if we are not ready for change or don’t like change the fact remains the same “seasons do change”. People who have problems with change, have problems with life. Why, because life is a constant changing of seasons, and if you chose to grow you must change with the seasons of life.

One season in life we all must go through is “your season”, how will you know its “your season” the evidence of “your season” consist of:

1) becoming like a tree planted by rivers of water meaning you have come to a place where you’re not shaking by things around you.

2) you will produce fruit in this season:meaning an outward showing of what’s on the inside, people will see the seeds of greatness within you because they will produce fruit over and over again.

3) what ever you do will prosper:meaning God place the seeds of greatness within you and now he will prosper those seeds to produce fruit over and over again. In this place you will just bare the fruit without great effort, why because the seeds were already there now they will bloom with greatness.

Make this one of your goals in life, I must get to “my season” this is where I will experience not being moved, producing fruit, and prospering in whatever I do…

“But without faith it is impossible to please him:for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him”. (Hebrews 11:6)

Looking at this scripture there are two components we overlook when excising faith in God.

  1)  Must believe in the one and only true and living God. (There are many gods but only one true and living God).

   2) Must believe he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Diligent means constant in effort to accomplish something;attentive and persistent in doing anything, painstaking.

Meaning do we really have this type of “faith” that when we ask God, first we believe that he’s God, than we believe he rewards them who diligently seek him. Being diligent will take you beyond yourself into a place of painstaking(stress diligent details desired objective). In this place you have now step out of yourself and move to a place where you’re so focus and persistent in your request to God.

God gives us a guarantee in his Word when we seek him with diligence he will reward us. I believe we have miss so many blessings from God because we stop asking with diligence, this is the place he rewards. The next time you think of not asking God because it doesn’t come quickly, remember he rewards those who seek him diligently.

  Believe Beyond Yourself!!!

“Passing Through”

Posted: May 18, 2012 in Uncategorized

“When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee”. (Isaiah 43:2)

Have you ever given thought to the fact that your life is full of ins and outs of situations. Many times we try everything to avoid going through certain situations, finding that sometimes they’re just unavoidable. We know during these times we build character and faith in God, it’s not how many situations you avoid, but how many you go through. All of us at some point in life will go through the waters at times it will fell like rivers, but the key factor is it will not overtake you. At times you will walk through the fire, meaning some situations are so heated you can smell the burning. But, the key is once again it will not consume you!!!

I am so glad that “passing through” difficulties in life are just that “passing through”. Keep telling yourself this is not permanent, this is not my finally destiny, getting to greatness will cost going through the waters and fire. One thing you can be assured of you’re only “passing through”…

Embrace the fact that you’re coming through whatever you’re facing because the Word of God declares that you will…

Tell someone today that you may know is facing difficult times that they’re just passing through

Share this blog with someone else… Have A Blessed Weekend!!!

Qualities of a Virtuous Woman

Proverbs 31:10

“A capable, intelligent, and virtuous woman-who is he who can find her? She is far more precious than jewels and her value is far above rubies or pearls”. (Amplified Bible)

Qualities of a Virtuous Woman:

1)      Relationship towards her husband: his heart does trust securely in her, she comfort and encourage him all the days of their lives together.

2)      She seeks products (wool and flax) that she can work with her hands continuously into development of the products.

3)      She prepares food for her home, even if it comes from afar.

4)      She arises early before day for the food preparation.

5)      She is a woman that is physically fit for the jobs she performs.

6)      She gives to the poor

7)      She makes for herself the finest clothing made of linen and silk.

8)      She sells the finest clothing to merchants that she made with her hands.

Looking at all these qualities of a “Virtuous Woman” which gives an example of a woman who is a homemaker during biblical times, what would this same woman look like today in our presence time?

Number one the modern day “Virtuous Woman” most times is a working mother as will as running the tasks of the home. One thing remains the same; she is still trustworthy to her husband. She looks for things that will produce profit for herself and her household. She prepares food for the family and looks for food that may come from a far such as certain vegetables and fruits. She is physically fit meaning this woman is aware of her health and will exercise to maintain physical fitness. She loves looking good and wears the finest of clothing, than she turns around and sells what she make. This is what we call the “Virtuous Woman, Entrepreneur” this woman will look for ways to turn her passions into profit for her entire household. Women who seek to find ways that will bring profit to themselves, their households, and the next generations are praised as a virtuous woman.

To answer a pervious question we ask is there still virtuous women today? The answer is yes certainly, you may not be an entrepreneur by owning your own business. Women today who seek to provide a good home environment, be trustworthy with their husbands, and work in their passions are still “Virtuous Women”. To those of you who are homemakers and entrepreneurs, walking in your season of passion fulfillment. Continue working to fulfill your dreams, because it’s for your entire household…
